Blending the sleek sophistication of European design with the timeless comfort of a classic Tahoe retreat, this custom house captured the perfect combination of tech savvy smart house with a family friendly place to relax.

 Located outside of Asheville, North Carolina, this lovely mountain home’s unfinished walkout basement had the perfect bones to create a full apartment including guest quarters, a kitchenette, and bathroom, but the highlight was the immense game room. The family had a passion for getting together and playing everything from pool to cards, so together we designed the perfect place to gather, showcasing a masterpiece tray ceiling.

Welcome to Buckeye Road, nestled in the historic Gold Country town of Nevada City, CA. What’s special about this remodel is that it was a 1980s home with fantastic features, but in its original condition, having been the home of a paraplegic veteran. We removed the door to the garage in the kitchen, and replaced it with a custom walk in pantry, complete with appliance bar with electricity. Our design team was able to capture the rustic charm of the home while updating with contemporary materials and conveniences.

Custom made new construction designed with the owners’ passions in mind, this exquisite Tahoe home features elegant, modern rustic accents with user friendly smart home capabilities. It was a delight to deliver a finished product that included a state of the art garage to showcase their collection of exotic and vintage cars.
