With 35 years of extensive experience as an award-winning contractor and as a business owner, Joe Carney brings unparalleled expertise and craftsmanship to every renovation, addition, new construction and commercial job he does. 

Attention to detail is a given, and the end product is a piece of art that brings joy to Joe's clients forever. His resume starts with rebuilding “Stiltsville” houses in his home state of Florida (think homes built on stilts in the ocean off the coast of Miami), and continues to building the helicopter landing facility at Miami International Airport (still in use today), theme restaurants in Florida, movie sets, and aquarium features at Seaquarium in Miami.  His journey took him to Asheville, North Carolina where he became a licensed contractor.  As a commissioner on the Historic Resources Commission, he earned numerous awards for historic renovations, in addition to 25 years of residential home renovations, additions, and new construction. 

Joe relocated to California, where he lent his skills to Tahoe’s Lahontan, Martis Camp and lakeside renovations and new homes. Realizing that he could deliver a superior product, Joe got his California contractor’s license and has since made some very satisfied clients.
